Mike,
Thanks for this  info.  But I didn't have to use your instructions.  All I
did was to click on the Word link and then press Alt S to save when the Info
Bar came up.

Hi Flor,

Thank you very much for pointing that out.  I meant to include that these
keystrokes were for, at minimum, Word 2007.  I'm sorry for not stating this
