Hi Mark: Another thing to try is:
Unload your jaws13, Now press windows-key+r=run, Type in: Jaws13 /default This will load jaws with the default settings, now try MSOutlook, and see if your trouble continues. As I indicated in one of my messages, I did change the screen resolution, And I find my jaws13 working much better.
