HI Vicky, When you are in the columns view, arrow down to Subject, tab 1 time to move up, & press the spacebar. Now, shift tab to your columns list to make sure that subject is where you want it, if it isn't, tab to move up & press the spacebar. When you get subject where you want it, tab to okay & press the spacebar to save your changes & close. If you need to move a column down, tab to move down, press the spacebar, shift tab back to the columns to see if the column of choice is where yu want it, when finished tab to okay, press spacebar to save & close. You can only move a column 1 position at a time, no matter whether you are moving columns up or down. Hope this helped. Take care. Mike
