Hello, I just installed JAWS 13 and updates.
When I press JAWS key "zero key on num pad withnum lock off" Plus space bar plus "r". Instead of going to the research windo, JAWS gives me some instructions about setting "restrictions". AS I do use the researchs functions from time to time, I would like to find out how to fix this or get some further instructions on how to use the research function. This is the process I used in an earlier version of JAWS and it worked fine. Any help would be appreciated.
