Note that in Outlook 2007 there are a couple of radio buttons that are important. Open the address book and tab around until you find one of two options: Name Only More Columns. If the radio button for, More Columns is checked, you will not see any names displayed. Arrow to the Names only radio button, and you should see the names that are not currently visible.
