It may not show, but the folder is there under the name given to the
computer when setup.

In Windows 7 just hit the Windows key. In the edit box type
downloads and hit enter. That will open the downloads folder.
On my Windows 7 computer the path to the folder is:
c:\users\my name\downloads.
If he has I E 9, the downloading process is a bit different than the
process in I E 8.

a download folder already is created under the person's name, all downloads
go there, unless redirected to go elsewhere.
