Windows: Change The Date

You can easily change the way Windows 7 interprets two-digit dates in Microsoft 
programs. Click the Start button and then click Control Panel. Click Clock, 
Language, And Region and then click Region And Language. Next, click the 
Additional Settings button and then click the Date tab. Finally, use the arrow 
buttons on the menu to adjust the year range in the Calendar section. Moving it 
upward prevents Windows from thinking you're referring to the 1930s when you 
are entering dates related to the 2030s.
