Miriam,
It is my experience that you don't get into and out of a frame. You
can
just arrow down the page and you will hear something like FRAME NAME,
then
all the stuff in that frame, then end of frame.
You don't have to do anything special to enter it. Just by moving
down with
your virtual cursor, you enter and exit it.
Some frames are emtpy so there really isn't anything in them to
navigate to.
You can use the m key to jump around the page by frames, then when you
get
to the frame you want, just start arrowing down.
