I shut down Outlook and turned it back on. That didn't help. Jaws doesn't let me turn it all the way off. What happens when I exit is that it gets very slow but doesn't turn off completely. However, I did do that and then turn it on again and it's back to its normal speed. But that didn't help either.

I have Outlook 2003, Win7, and IE9, Jaws 13.7. Tab isn't working. I need to be able to get to a "to miriam" folder" as well as some other folders where emails are stored but I can't get out of this list view. Any suggestions?
