The latest pc and laptops I've seen this on are Dell's and the Lite will only do a system recovery media and they are trying to get you to buy the fully pledged program which will allow you to do other backups. I strongly suggest you don't buy the upgraded version as it is likely to be inaccessible.

Or, is this normal for your computer, perhaps it's software put on by the manufacturer, Dell, hp, etc. Do you see the program in add slash remove, or, control panel, programs and features? Or, maybe it's some type of malware/spyware? Most likely you can uninstall if it's a program. Did you do a google search to asertaine if it's a ligitament program? -----Original Message----- From: jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Jo Luland Sent: Friday, February 24, 2012 1:51 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] "backup duty light" what is it Yesterday, when I checked my system tray, the first item was "backup duty light". Today I did a system restore, but I guess I didn't go back far enough. What is this and does anyone know how else I can get rid of it other than system restore? I'm being presented with a cancel button which, when I click on it, goes nowhere. I'm running Win7, JAWS13 latest build on a 64 bit machine. All help will be greatly appreciated.
