You really ought to explain your reasoning.
Since just about 99% of torrents are for the purpose of sharing copyrighted
material, please explain how downloading is legal while selling is not.  Do
this in terms of international copyright law and the DMCA.

Maybe if you read those laws before you explain, you won't be some full of
bulls**t.
