o, my apologies i missed which site was under scrutany
and some folks don't like there voices but want to make audio tutorials
(which are better for some folks) so they use some sort of TTS
engin/application as the "voice" and just type it out as a document.
if i wanted to produce a audio tutorial for something this is what i would
do, although folks say i have a decent voice when its running well, I'm not
good at reading items so make a bautch of it, but editing a text document is
easy and then the engin turns it into audio files.

Hi Brad,
1 example would be, that you have something in text format that you would
like to listen to from a Victor Reader or a similar device. Take care.

What is the purpose of this website. I know what it says. I mean why
would
someone want to do this?
