Hello, It has been my experience that JAWS 9 does not work well with Internet Explorer 9. If you have the option, you can roll back to IE 8. Otherwise, you will need to install JAWS 10 or higher.

I have tried it with other web sites and it seems to work with some, like gmail and freedomscientific, but not others, like amazon or Yahoo, where it does the exact same thing I just described about Google. He has a Toshiba laptop, Windows home premium, and Jaws 9, latest version. I ran two repairs on jaws, and then I completely removed and did a clean install of Jaws, all to no avail. I have never experienced anything like this before. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
