If I understand the question correctly,, wouldn't viewing the contents of the cd in Windows Explorer be the same? When the cd is inserted, a dialogue should pop-up asking what to do with the disk, select, explorer disk, or view files, and the contents of the disk should be in a list view, if that is the view you have selected on the computer.
