Susie, This is where your Search field really comes in handy. 1. Are you going to be using the laptop with a wireless router or using an Ether cable? That decision will influence the next few steps. 2. If using an Ether cable, type Internet into the Search field and check the options. One of them might be, "Find An Internet Connection." However, the best way to do all of this is for someone to talk you through the steps. It isn't hard, Susie. Maybe one of our more technically adept people can give you step by step instructions.
