Hello there; Although you've told us that your using windows 7, and jaws 13 you didn't say which email client your asking about. outlook 2010 and outlook 2007, You can either press, Ctrl+#3 on the number row, Or, you can press ctrl+shift+b=book, also to add contact, you can use, ctrl+shift+c=contact.
