Hello there; Did you knowingly make any change to your view menu? Try the following; While in outlook inbox, Press alt+v=view,
2, tab until you hear; Arrangement toolbar, Arrange by drop down grid, Press the spacebar, 3, you should hear jaws announce, Date checked, Now shift+tab a couple of times, if you hear, Groups checked, Press the enter key. Again, Alt+v=view, Now tab until you hear; Navigation pane, Press enter, In here, normal should be checked. Let's start with this.
