Karen - What do you find in the Tags submenu? Do you find Message Options ... If so, try it!

If I tab to open the message I get the file, home, send/receive, etc. in either case, if I hit alt+h and just arrow down, I get new, delete, respond, quick steps, alt+move, tags, etc. I give up! I think I'll concede. If I just enter on a message and hit alt+h I get the message tab. If I tab to open a message, I get the home tab but both there and on the message tab I get the same choices, new, delete, respond, etc. I obviously have something set differently and this way isn't working for me.
