Thank you. I am using Windows7 and I learned something interesting when I
went to use your instructions. Since I launch most everything from the
Start Menu Edit Box, I had to go looking for Outlook. I first looked on the
Desktop. Once I found it I used the applications key and opened up
properties. I could not find a "Run" item in the dialog box. I then went
and found Outlook in the Start Menu in the Microsoft submenu. I again used
the applications key and selected properties. Like you said Run was there
and I changed it to maximize.

Thanks,
Annette

Hello there;

Regarding your windows not being maximized, You can try, 1, close
outlook2010, Now find the icon which you use to open outlook, Bring up the
properties, Now tab until you hear; Run combo box, If it says normal, arrow
down to maximize, Now tab okay press enter.
Now when you open outlook, the screen/inbox should be maximized.
Or, you could use a program called, auto sizer.

I agree, there is no need to label the graphic. Have you made sure that the
window is maximized. I have noticed in Windows7 and Office 2010 this is a
constant problem. My windows are rarely left maximized.

Also make sure that your view has not been changed. Maybe the reading pane
is on or some other pane or view is open. I'd like to think that Office
2010 comes with resident gremlins, but the truth is that it is too easy to
accidently activate or deactivate something and not know that you have done
it. Then there are those mouse users that just can't help themselves to
click on those pretty icons that let them so easily change what they are
looking at. They do not realize that the simplest change can send JAWS into
a tail spin.

Hello there;
Well, I'm not sure if labeling the graphic is the right approach, Since I'm
using outlook2010 I have jaws 12 and 13 they both announce when messages
have attachments.

You probably need to label the attachment graphic.
