Go in to the view menue and make sure lists are checked this might do the trick.

Are there some settings that she needs to change so she can have her computer set up either like mine or a person that can easily use windows 7. She is willing to learn windows 7, but, at the same time, is getting frustrated and wants to go back to XP. How can I help her?
