When I see it it occurs when I am cursoring down a list of emails. The screen shows so many emails at a time. When I get to the bottom of that list and outlook has to scroll the list down to show more emails is when I hit the point where Jaws does not read the next email header. I believe this is a failing in Jaws recognizing that the current line of screen data has changed. One more item for FS to fix.
