Hi all So I have jaws 11, xp,windows office 2007, on my lap top right now I have a certain individual who for the life of me, i can not delete this person. when I try jaws tells me that so so can not be deleted at this time, try again, and so I try later, and nothing, she is blocked and not an issue;however why can't I delete her I've tried all ways, I've gone to the tool menu and tried that way, I've just gone to her name and try it again, and nothing. by the way I am useing windows messenger 4.7, with no problems. thanks sugar
