Hi,
I once was having almost this exact same problem, including the fact that it
happened everytime I did a Amazon search.  At the time, I was using JAWS 9.
When I finely upgraded to JAWS 13, the problem stopped.

This has been happening more than once. When I am on a website like amazon,
jaws nearly every day, crashes. When it does this, I have to alt tab to
press alt control j to start jaws. For a few seconds, jaws says nothing,
then it starts talking. When it does, it gives me this message. internet
explorer was closed. Truthfully, it isn't closing, so I don't understand why
jaws is saying this. I may have to do a jaws repair. how do I go to do a
repair? so sorry for not knowing how to do this. Many thanks!
