1, alt+f=file,
2, T=options,
3, s=search,
Now tab until you hear;
Current folder checked,
Use the down arrow you will hear,
All folders checked.
Also you may want to have the next box checked, This checks the deleted items 
also.

not find an option to do this.  In outlook 2003 I could.
