You need to set up a profile for each one, then you can select between them
with the jaws-control-s dialog.

I have downloaded and installed 3 vocalizer voices I'd like to test
here and there. Can these be invoked on the fly or do I need to
actually go in and setup a profile to use? I'm pretty sure I'd stay
with eloquence as I'm so used to it over the years so really don't
want to create a whole new profile if I don't need to
