This usually solves the problem. I turned it off. But when I wanted to restart it, the hot keys didn't work. I have a win7 computer with the latest version of Jaws 13. I also have a very enlarged Magic 11. I found Jaws on the desktop and pressed enter, but that didn't turn it on. It's working now because I restarted the computer, but I would like to know how to turn Jaws on next time this happens.
