Hi Your 20 digit authorization number is unique to you. Everyone has a different number. TO put it on the SMA cd/dvd would require FS to create a different customized cd/dvd for each person. This would be more expensive and take more time than Producing thousands of a standardized cd/dvd.

I brought my sma cd home with jaws 13 on it. when I put the cd in the drive and hit activate from cd I got a error that said that the20 didggit activation number can't be found. now I have a activation number for jaws 12 but had not brought that cd with me. so I just am wondering why the activation number for jaws 12 is not on the sma upgrade cd for jaws 13? this to me makes no real sense. many thanks for any help any one can give me with clearing this up. from Mich.
