are you using windows 7?

if so, I would check to see if, you can't make this change in the mobility
center.
if you press windows key+x, this should bring up the windows mobility
center.

Right. here's a question. I think the answer may  be No, but i'll ask
anyway. In several of the JAWS keystrokes, it's necessary on the Toshiba by default to also use the FN key, or the keystroke won't work. Can this be changed so that we don't have to use the FN key (in conjunction with - for example - the capslock or Insert, and F4 keys) when, say, unloading JAWS? or
again those modifier keys with F7 when bringing up the list of links
dialogue?
