All depends on what programs have been messing with your autorun settings. Simpler to hit windows-r and type drive letter colon backslash setup and press enter. That'll get around all the garbage.

I had the same problem so I eventually went to the Freedomscientific

The message your getting should have options, arrow around to see if you
can find any others. If not, get back and somebody will likely be able to
help you change your auto run settings in whatever operating system you are
using.

Hello everyone,
I am just getting around to installing my jaws 14. I have had the disc,
but, just haven't had time to install. When I insert the disc into my
drive, I get a message about uploading files to my dropbox file, but,
nothing happens with the jaws disc. In the past, it would automatically
begin to install. I went to disc drive d, see the disc, but can't figure
out how to install it. Any help is appreciated.
