I gave up, went to uninstall jaws 7 and froze my laptop twice. I used the
uninstall option within tools. Computer would not restart and had to start
in safe mode and then restore, lucky I had some eyes here. Decided to leave
them all on there. I did wonder if deleting under add and remove would
work.

Just go ahead and remove all the old versions and if you have a backup,
removOe shared components if you want a fresh start.
Is it activated?
The only thing I am not sure of is that if you completely remove everything,
the activation is removed but I would suggest that it is so you would have
to re-activate on line.

I am going to update my old laptop which I use as backup to my main laptop.
I have jaws versions 7 to 12 on it and wish to remove them all and add just
jaws 14. Is there any particular way of doing this or can I just go ahead
and remove them all and then install 14 from my disc? I thought I might
remove all shared files option as well, feel like a fresh start.
Appreciate any advice
