Microsoft's my sql, and I think oracle is somewhat accessible with the new
java bridge installed, the only other one I know is accessible is not used
by mainstay applications much is MS Access.

good luck,

Subject: [JAWS-Users] What's a good database for use with jaws!

Hi

Recently my workplace mentioned they were going to move to a new database
software called "File Reader Pro" and wanted to know what its accessibility
was like and if it would work with my version of jaws. I wasn't sure about
this and did some research on Google where I found that while the makers of
File Reader Pro were touting it was accessible this is not quite the truth
as I discovered from various other web forums etc. Now I would like to know
if someone here has a particular database other than say MS Access or File
Reader Pro that would be pretty good accessibility wise.

Many thanks for any help.

Paul.
