Hi Greg,
If you have files taking up that much space,
you should consider backing them up to an external hard drive.

It's mostly (54+gb) downloaded books from BARD. Now that they have updated
their site with a list of downloaded books and a "wish" list I might
reconsider keeping them on my hard drive.

Rick,
Thanks so much. It worked like a charm. I was shocked to see the folder
had 56.1 gb.

Hi Greg,
While in a list view of folders, once you have one selected, you will need
to go to the properties of that folder by doing one of the
following:
Press the applications key, or Shift + F10 or the Alt key, and arrow to,
properties, and press enter.
Now, route Jaws to PC, and arrow up one line at a time until you get the
information you want.
When finished, just press the Escape key to close the properties.
HTH,
Rick Justice

How can I find how large the my documents folder is on my computer so I can
determine what size thumb drive I need to copy it. I am using windows 7 64
bit with Jaws 13.0.1006. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg Washington
