The JAWS 14 update is available without the need to call for a code. If you 
have JAWS 14 (build 918 or 1036) installed, you should be prompted to get the 
update to build 1037 as of today.

Thanks for the information. As you can imagine, I am not excited about another 
update. I will check with FS and see if they think the new update might solve 
the problem.

hi, the jFW update had some bad issues in it . They now have a update to the 
update. But you have to call them and they have to give you a special code to 
put it in in order to get the update. I called today to see if they had one or 
when it would be comeing out and the man gave me a special code to get the .37 
version. So I would call FS and get the special code and this might fix most of
