you can also try out other email clients, I use ms outlook 2003 and do not
get that message, maybe some other client will be less chatty as well

in all there is windows mail (kit to revive it in windows 8 available on my
website:

Eudora version 7X (I have the gift give away of a "make it free" key for it)
thunderbird
and outlook 2003 and up
are all useable

That is not jaws, but the email it self. When ever you get email in html
they put that in the email incase you do have a problem.
