Now since this is happening you will need to use another screen reader to help you out . So you can use NVDA or Narrator to help you out. You need to click on JFW14 on your desktop and then go to utilities and then video intercept manager and pick a video . Since JFW does not have a video driver yet it more than likely is not speaking or at least not very much. So this is where the other screen reader comes in handy. Another way is to try to do a JFW repair or just uninstall JFW and try reinstalling it and see if it picks up the video. Also If you do a repair I would restart the PC before trying the uninstall and see if JFW works like it is supposed to. Then if it does not you can do a uninstall and then restart the PC after that and then reinstall and then after the reinstall restart the PC and then see what happens. If none of this works you will need to contact FS and get help.
