Hello Susie, I think David is trying to explain to you that your problem did not get a response because there were not one who knew the answer to your question. For example, if I had the appropriate fix for your particular problem I would have offered a suggestion but since I didn't I just left it to chance that another person may be able to offer some help. Now about the smiley face query I knew the keystroke to achieve this so I did reply to the question and personally don't think anyone would have trivialized your concern as a teacher. I raised questions too and got no answer. All you need do if you feel your question is neglected, is to just ask again. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Susie " <susi...@cogeco.ca>

I did not say anything about clicks, just a fact that some thing as silly as
making faces on the list, took preference over a teachers problem. susie

It is called the preview pain. I don't use that or I would tell you how to
shut it off, but look around view menu, layout.
P.S.
Aren't clicks fun?

Hi, I was wondering, I had asked a question a few days ago about a jaws
problem, and it was pretty much ignored, but some one writes in about a
question about a simple smily faice issue and it generates a hole days
of replies? I don't get it?

I have been dealing with this issue for three days now, and I have
gotten no help, so I just wonder? My question was, why all of a sudden
is Jaws reading part of an email, when there is no email open, I am
sitting on the list, in my inbox, and when I arrow down, I don't hear
the name of the sender, nor any part of the subject line, and the date,
time, and size of the email? And
the fact that some times when in list view, jaws does not read at all I
have to arrow down once, and back up to hear the sender's name, and
that is how I here the senders name, and stuff, after I here part of the
email.

Thanks susie
