yes, that would work, however this is something that has been going on for
about 2 weeks, and did not do this before
and only if a word or rtf atatchment is sent
i need to know the cause and how can I unblock this from happening

useing xp, jaws 11,windows office 2010
when I recieve a word or RTF atattchement by outlook express,word tells me
to find a program to use.
I have to alt F then go to "open with" then I have to use word path any
help? sugar
