I mostly came across this when using windows burner. The cd is seen
and can be played, but not copied between other versions of windows.
It mostly happens going from like win7 to xp. The reason for this is
not backward compatible. Even thought all files used in the burn
process are the same in newer versions they have updated code. I have
also ran across this using different burn programs on xp doing all the same.
The one thing I can say here is don't use a cheap fly by night burn
program or what comes with windows unless your going to have those
disks used only on that computer. Get a good supported burner and it
will work with all computers and anything you put the cd in.
