Thanks for the response. The URL is suntrust.com and I was doing online
banking. It used to work just fine until yesterday. The up and down arrow
just moves the cursor to the link above or the link below the one I want. I
have never used insert f7 so I am not familar withit but I will try it.

What is the url? have you tried the up and down arrow keys? Activating the
link from the JAWS links list, Insert+F7 and enter (or tab twice, then
enter).

Could someone explain what is going wrong when I click on a link and jaws
reads the link but nothing else happens? It is not a mouse over. I have
tried left mouse button. Iam using jaws 9 and windows xp.
