yes, we did that too. my poor sister she not real jaws savvy, didn't know by tabbing one time it tells ya what each of them verbos settings does. She's good as gold do anything for ya, just this problem she can't figure out and well dern it neither could I

Now, I know yall are thinking, she has her setting on characters and word, but that is not the case. We went all over the verbosity settings comparing hers to mine, setting it same, but still it persist. So now I'm needing to ask yall how to fix this please? This is on a window's 7 laptop running Jaws 12.
