it will ask for a name and password to set up your account. I think it sends a generic password which you can change when you get the e-mail link. You install the program and every time firefox starts, it starts webvisum, too. When you need to solve a captia, you find the edit box where it wants you to type the captia. Stay on the edit box and hit applications key and arrow down to solve captia and hit enter. You wait about a minute and hit control V to paste the solved captia in the right place. It used to say, "Solved captia", but it doesn't say anything now. After you wait a minute, read the current line after you paste it with control V to make sure the captia is there and then tab to submit and it should work.
