yes, I've done this several times, then reboot, but it's not there. I just tried going into jaws from start menu, I can get to jaws settings through the jaws key/f2, but what I need it the basic stuff, which I have always went through using jaws key/J. Even through start menu on jaws arrowing down to jaws and tapping enter, does not open it, real stumped here. Thinking a system restore maybe?
