Go in to your contacts folder and under the file menu open a new contact,
then simply fill out the fields as needed. Sorry I forgot to explain that in
my first message. Also if memory serves while in outlook I believe control +
shift + C will allow you to accomplish the same thing.

Sounds like she is in your history list and not in your contacts. Add her in
to your contacts manually and she should show up at that point.

I have a contact that I can write too, but her name is not showing up on my
contact list. I start to write her name, and the address completes, but I
can't find her on my contact list. Why is that, and how can I fix it, so she
