I ended up calling FS. I was hoping that would be a last resort as I
didn't want to spend 40 minutes on hold, while my demo activation timed
out.
I only waited a few minutes on hold. They didn't grill me. And, they
sent it in an email within seconds.
Seems like it would be easier to just authenticate myself with my serial
number and email on file, rather than tie up a human.
Not that big a deal though. It's done.
