Hi Carla Jo,

Try the following:
1. Open your Documents folder or go to Windows Explorer with the, Windows
key + E, keystroke.
2. Press Alt + T, for tools & press the letter, O, for options.
3. Control + tab to the View Page.
4. Tab a couple times to Tree 1, Tree View files & folders open.
4. Press the letter, H, until you have, Hide extensions for known file
types, highlighted.
5. Press the spacebar to toggle this option On / off & you want Jaws to
report, Hide extensions for known file types-OFF.
6. Tab to apply, press the spacebar, tab to okay, press the spacebar, to
save your changes & close.
HTH
Take care.

While using switch convertor, I lost my file extensions. Do I change that
in the switch program itself, under the options link? I'm lost.

Thanks,

Carla jo
