works pretty much same as for OE/XP
Do the alt I and enter on attachment...
then shift tab or tab to where the item is, once located, press alt O and 
send

how do you add an attachment of a file in "my documents" folder to an email
using windows 7?
Asking for a friend because I don't have W7.
Unsure if he is using Outlook or WLM.  I will assume WLM.
