Bring jaws to the forefront with Insert j
or alt tab to jaws
1 alt o for options and down arrow to basics and enter
now tab through the fields and one is
use keyboard layout
here you have choices so arrow to lap top
continue tabbing until you get to okay and space bar or enter

You have to have jaws set to laptop in the basic options. Then that
key combo should work.
