I have not used Outlook 2007, but it sure sounds like there is something different about it. Another way to try to find the folders is to press control+y to bring up the go to folder dialog. Then as you arrow down the list of folders, if JAWS says closed after the folder name, it means that there are sub-folders under that folder. Pressing right arrow should reveal the list of sub-folders. But if the folders appear in this dialog, but still not in the Navigation Paine, I don't know how you would delete them. The only way I know of to delete an Outlook folder is to locate it in the Navigation Paine, and then right click it or press the applications key to bring up the context menu. I'm sorry I don't have any better ideas. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Nicole Valicia Thompson-Andrews Sent: Thursday, July 11, 2013 05:56 To: jaws-users-list@jaws -users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] New Folders I can only find the new folders whin I go to move something into another folder, but they still don't show up when the folder list is open. Arrowing doesn't work.
