It sounds like you may need to call FS. I think at one time you could
do a repair without the CD but not now, though as I said before, I could
be wrong.

Put your JAWS CD in the disc drive and choose repair at the menu that
comes up. At least I think that's how it's done, but if not, someone
will set you straight.

Have you tried a JAWS repair?

If you go into your basic settings after pressing insert J, and entering
on start JAWS automatically, I have checked start JAWS at the log on
screen. I also have start JAWS for this user set as always.
See if this will work for you.
