Many web sites offer a mobile version of their site. You do not need to
be on a cell phone to use a mobile site. Often the mobile version is
easier to navigate as they put fewer graphics, and less flashy types of
things on there since cell networks can be slower than DSL or cable, and
since cell phones have less screen real estate and junking them up with
lots of graphics is problematic.
So, any time you are on a site that seems clunky and busy, try the mobile
version of the site.
